By covering the advance payment for a stay and / or entering the OWK Area the person accepts these

1. If the final confirmation of your reservation is conditioned by paying the advance deposit and you fail to pay in time, the OWK reserves right to cancel such preliminary reservation
2. When canceling your stay at least 30 days before your arrival, the OWK refunds 90% from the amount that was paid
3. When canceling your stay at least 15 days before your arrival, the OWK refunds 50% from the amount that was paid
4. When canceling your stay 14 days and less before your arrival, the OWK doesn't refund (not even partially) anything from the paid amount - which cannot be even used for covering your stay in different term, or for anything else
5. If leaving the OWK Area earlier - from any reason, the OWK doesn't refund any money from the paid amount
6. If the client doesn't use the transport paid by the OWK and use different transport from or to the OWK, the amount for transport will not be refunded
7. If the client cause by his own fault any damage to the equipment or to any facility in the OWK Area, She/he is obliged to fully cover the damage
