Basic rules how to behave in the OWK

WOMAN is a superior being to all male creatures in the OWK, and such creatures much act accordingly
WOMAN has advantage over and is above male creature always and everywhere
All male creatures must wear a collar around their neck 24 hours a day
Every slave must be marked, so his Lady Owner can be identified
It is forbidden to feed strange slaves without the permission of their Lady Owner
No hard punishments shall be administered to strange slaves without the permission of their Lady Owner
No using and abusing of strange slaves for Your personal needs without the permission of their Lady Owner
It is not allowed to perform any sexual activities in public areas whether indoors or out of doors!
It is not permitted to perform or practise BDSM activities outside the Area ! (including rickshaw pulling or riding a carriage)
If you punish your slaves outside, it is necessary to prevent them from shouting and other noisy demonstrations, so the village inhabitants will not be disturbed – this is valid 24 hours a day !
If you punish your slaves on your room after 23.00 (11 p.m.) it is necessary to prevent them from loud reactions (these are silent hours)
All armchairs and chairs in the Area are for WOMEN’s use only
The only exception is the pub – however, even here any WOMAN may ask the male creature to leave the chair and Her wish must be immediately obeyed
The tiles in the courtyard are to be used only by WOMEN for walking
When playing the state hymn WOMEN stand, male creatures kneel
All persons entering the Queen’s Palace must be dressed so their genitals, bottom and upper part of body are covered
Male creatures entering the Queen’s Palace to see the programme must wear long trousers, shirt or a T-shirt
It is strictly forbidden to photograph and/or to film in the whole Area
Do not enter the lake in the park because of water plants and fish protection
OWK reserves the right to deport any person from the area in the case of a serious rules violation
In a case of dispute, the final word is upon the Queen, when absent, the First Hofmistress, then any present Guardess from the Queen’s Guard and then any OWK Lady Citizen
All other rules of behaviour in the OWK are governed by OWK law regulations or by a current Queen’s decision

Other rules

Every person enters the OWK grounds at Her/his own risk
The OWK is not undertaking any responsibilities when loss or damage is caused to personal belongings of persons who stay in the area
The OWK is not responsible for any injury or for getting sick of persons who stay in the area
When leaving too early for any reason, no financial compensations will be given back from the already paid amount

Accommodation

Any problems concerning the accommodation, please report to our personnel at reception desk in the New House
In the case of health problems, fire etc. immediately inform our personnel. During night hours use the shop doorbell (New House)
If you damage or break down any equipment in your room, report it to our personnel and arrange compensation for the caused damage
In the attic rooms of the Long House, do not step on the window sills
Do not step on the central heating ducts in any room !!! To open a window, use a chair instead
Light the candles only when they are properly placed in the candlestick – thank you for not damaging the furniture and carpets with wax
There is no TV signal coverage in the Area, rooms equipped with televisions are for DVD use only. You can buy movies in the shop – New House
When the Area is fully occupied it might happen that there will be lack of hot water. Please use the opportunity to have a shower during the day – if possible.
Guests accommodated in the hotel Klas in Meřín during the Anniversary Celebrations can use free car transport. The telephone number to the reception desk in the New House is 566544534 – call this number from the hotel if you need transport to the Area
Guests accommodated in the hotel Klas in Meřín during the Anniversary Celebrations cannot open the Area entrance gate by themselves alone – it is necessary to ask one of the personnel- in the night hours the bartender from the Wanda night club

Board

All payments in the pub and in the night club are to be made only in the DOM (local currency)
Our staff can exchange DOM from any freely exchangeable currency at the reception desk in the New House (we also accept Mastercard, VISA and AMEX credit cards)
Breakfasts are served in the pub in the Long House from 9.00 to 11.00 o‘clock
If you take your breakfast to your room, it is necessary to return all the dishware the same day back to the pub
During the Celebrations, the pub is open until 21.00 only
If you are not satisfied with the food served in the Area, we recommend you visit restaurants in Měřín or in Velké Meziříčí
The water is fresh and drinkable in the whole Area (except the lake in the park)

Shop

In the shop in the New House you can buy punishing tools, films (DVD, VHS), magazines, books, gloves, souvenirs etc. Arrange your shopping time with our staff

Use of places, rooms, devices and equipment in the Area

Every Lady can rent a torture chamber in the tower in the Queen’s Palace, Countess Elizabeth Bathory Chambers, Wanda night club, dungeon in the underground prison or relaxing rooms in the Queen’s Palace. Our personnel will kindly inform you of the options for renting and current rent rates
During the Anniversary of Founding the OWK it is not possible to rent the above mentioned rooms for technical reasons
Every Lady can freely use * power-plant in the courtyard * inside and outside pillory * horse-race carts and carriages * cages and boxes * torturing devices in the night club during the open hours * outside kennel * other training and punishing devices located at the public places
If you damage or break down any equipment in the OWK Area, report it to our personnel and arrange compensation for the caused damage
Any other rooms and places (except those for rent) cannot be used
Tools, furniture, sedan chairs and rickshaws placed in the corridor in the Queen’s Palace are for the Queen’s personal use only and cannot be used by other persons
