Mistress Elizabeth, a shining jewel in the crown of BDSM Royalty was lost Monday afternoon and we shall all be the poorer for it.
Mistress Elizabeth, Supreme Lady of the Other World Kingdom, passed away Monday March 9th after a very short illness. Her loving family and faithful slave were with Her.
Elizabeth gave a great deal to the local, national and International scene. Everyone who met Her enjoyed Her humor, wit, love of life, beauty and grace. She treated everyone with respect and was fiercely loyal to Her family and friends.
For those of you who were lucky enough to have seen Her and/or Her wonderful rock-walled dungeon, you know how special She was. There was no instrument She did not have; there was no instrument She could not use with great proficiency. If you were one of the lucky gentlemen to whom She granted an appointment, you know what a loss She is to the scene.

Who can become a Lady Citizen of the OWK ?
Every Dominant Woman that complies with the following conditions:
- having reached the age of consent
- possession of at least one fulltime slave of male sex
- abiding by the principles and laws of the OWK
- sending an application for citizenship (see the end of this page)
- spending at least five nights in the Area of Queen´s Palace in the OWK
Her Royal Majesty PATRICIA I., Queen of the OWK has decided that OWK Citizenship will be conferred only personally by Her at Celebration of Foundation of the OWK. Every Lady applicant who meets basic conditions will be given the certificate personally from the Queen during public ceremony in Throne Hall in Queen`s Palace.
Every Lady Citizen of the OWK has , among others , the right to :
- actively participate in the activities and further development of the OWK within Her capabilities
- help suggest new laws and their amendments
- apply for any of the posts in the Queen's Court or abroad
- select male creatures from the ranks of the serfs and from the ranks of the visitors of the O.W.K. for official sentencing and punishing
- carry out corporal punishment on the convicts
- add the title of "Sublime Lady" to Her name on any occasion and the title "Lady Citizen of the Other World Kingdom" if necessary
- ask the Office of the Highest Lady Administrator to produce Her coat-of-arms and use it afterwards
- use all the other services provided by the OWK for its Lady Citizens
- ask the OWK for help and protection
